Personal Training is a 60 minute one on one session that prioritizes a client’s specific goals, motivates, and provides accountability.

PERSONAL TRAINING IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

  • Want to learn and become proficient at a skill or improve form on movements

  • Have a limited schedule

  • Have unique demands due to illness, injury or physical limitations

We analyze your areas of weakness and create a custom plan that can be performed in addition to our classes.  If you’re looking to get your first strict pull up, improve your 5k run, or build your overall strength, this is the step to get you there, faster.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING IS A GOOD FIT FOR YOU IF:

  • You have specific goals

  • Can workout without a group

  • Need or enjoy the direction and accountability of a coach to reach your goals
