Our goal and mission is to take youth athletes, as early as 10 years old, and introduce them to strength and conditioning the right way. We believe an early start with a long term approach yields the best results.

Our program uses proven principals that are effective for long term athletic development, not the coolest trends seen on instagram.

SMALL GROUP PERFORMANCE TRAINING

WHAT IS PERFORMANCE TRAINING?

Training will be focused on developing all athletes physically and mentally through a rigorous and dynamic strength and conditioning session. We will focus on lifting mechanics, strength, agility, flexibility, and mindset.

DETAILS:

  • 10 years & up

  • Offered year round

  • Groups of 3-6 athletes

  • Sessions are 60-75 minutes long

  • Meet times are coordinated with Coach

PERFORMANCE TRAINING IS A GOOD FIT FOR:

  • Athletes who are looking to elevate their abilities in their respective sport

  • Athletes that have not matured yet or need to master the fundamentals of basic movements and exercises

  • For parents who want to give their child every opportunity to succeed but may not have the resources to do it on their own
